Step One: Meet
In this first step, we will meet with you to get to know exactly what it is you’re planning to do with your building project. This initial meeting is all about you and can be done face-to-face here in Wanaka or online if you live elsewhere, as many of our clients do.
Step Two: Plan
The next step is for us to build you an action plan for your project. In this preliminary stage, we’ll review the details of your building project and engage any additional professional services you may require such as an architect and geotechnical engineer. We will also provide you with an overview of the costs involved for this preliminary service.
Step Three: Price
In this third step, we will dedicate our office time to your project. Using your building plans as a guide, we will contact our trusted local subcontractors and material suppliers for quotes and timeframes.
Step Four: Review
In this step, we introduce you to our online project management system, Co-Construct. This secure, interactive app ensures all communication, decision making and conversations about your building project is efficient and stored for future reference.
Step Five: Present
In this final stage, we meet with you again (the coffees are on us!) and present you with your project proposal.
